Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Estimates: Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume or inclement weather.
Shipping Restrictions
While hemp-derived products are federally legal, individual state laws vary. We currently only ship within the United States. Due to state-specific regulations, we are unable to ship products to the following states at this time:

Idaho & Kansas: Due to strict "Zero THC" policies.

Restricted Products: Certain product types (e.g., smokable flower or high-potency edibles) may be restricted in states such as Louisiana, Utah, or Oregon. If an item in your cart is restricted in your state, you will be notified at checkout.

THCa products may not be shipped to the following states, per state guidelines: Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon, and Rhode Island.
Carrier Information & Requirements
We primarily utilize USPS and UPS for our deliveries.

Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy and security.

Adult Signature Required: In accordance with 2026 carrier policies and state age-gate laws (such as in Florida or Virginia), some shipments may require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery.

COA Included: Every shipment includes a copy of the Certificate of Analysis (COA) or a QR code linking to third-party lab results to certify that the product contains less than 0.3% THC in compliance with federal law.

Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
